What a great site www.nowandnext.com - they just opened their service to current copies to free use to be a subscription. They do great work- if you are in business you need to take the time and look down the road and listen to the big picture guys.. your product or service may need to take a different approach this upcoming year or at least test the waters in areas that you didn't even know existed.
A new product needing to be added based on big picture views and then drilled down with the new tools of customer listening thru social tools, then let them crowd source the suggestions of everything...name, labels, positioning, feedback looping, and evolution of it down the road. The top words section is a great start to understanding where 2009 is and now almost was.

I am looking forward to these folks doing the 2010 version...
