This slideshare is dead on... Company thinks that they are truly innovative and cutting edge and then they hit you with the who has done it before and been successful with it...LOL How is new -been done before?

Leadership is the toughest job there is... A culture where we do things here that people just dream about, or worse talk all day about. New and risk is part in part.. Who is really the innovators that is doing really water carrying? I am looking for them all the time for they are the rare birds for sure... Most companies do what this slideshow is all about...
